I'm Kevina, a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming counsellor working with individuals aged 18 and over.

Based near Kirkby Stephen in Eden Valley, Cumbria, I welcome clients both near and far.

I am gentle, warm, patient and focused. I will listen to you, hear you, understand and accept you, whatever you choose to share with me. All conditions that were important to me during my own therapy.

An integrative counsellor, I mainly work with person-centred and psychodynamic theories, including attachment and object relations.

In addition to counselling, I bring professional knowledge and experience of the health and social care sectors, charity sector, financial services and the criminal justice system.
